Training Results

Want to improve your training results?  Well, periodically you will have to honestly evaluate your diet, exercise consistency and workout routine intensity. 

In recent months how often have your gone to a fast food restaurant, eaten pizza, ice cream, cookies or anything else you shouldn't be eating?  Diet is a critical component of fitness and no amount of training can compensate for a poor diet.

In the last few months, have you consistently trained at least three to four days a week?  How intense has your training been?  Are you just casually going through the motions?  If you are capable of lifting a certain weight for ten reps, do you stop at eight reps or do you push to get that last rep? If your muscles are not challenged they will not grow.  If your cardiovascular system is not taxed, your running or cycling times
